Each body part trained once every 7 days. Day:- 1 Legs, Day 2:- Chest Shoulders and tricepts, Day 3:- Back and Bicepts. Abs are trained three times a week and CV daily although increases pre-competition. Training style: Low volume, high intensity rep range of 6-10. I use drop sets negatives, supersets and slow reps to increase intensity. Always open to new ideas. Best Bodypart: Back I think but can't see it myself Supplements used: Off-season - whey protein, creatine, vit C, multivits Pre-contest - Protein, creatine, glutamine, gaba. Future Plans: To continue improving, competing and enjoying my bodybuilding. To pass my bike test in 2001 Likes/Dislikes: Like lots of good food, travelling and reading.
