GUIDE-LINES FOR COMPETITORS AT BNBF COMPS

 

COMPETITORS- will be checked in between 11.30am & 12.30pm on the day of comp. At check in you will be weighed, numbered and have your date of birth checked if applicable. Music should be sent by (email, CD or Memory stick) at least 14 days prior to competition to info@bnbf.co.uk.
Once checked in athletes are responsible for getting back stage in plenty time for their class, running order will be provided at check-in!


TANNING- Instant tans such as Dream tan are banned and tanning should be done before arriving at the venue. Touch ups and Glazing will be done backstage and the BNBF will have a team of helpers backstage to help out. The back stage is a competitor only area and this is strictly adhered to.   

 

DRUG TESTING- Drug testing at qualifiers are done after or during the event winners and anyone chosen for testing cannot leave the back stage area until they have completed the test.

All classes are judged over 3 rounds!

 

ROUND 1: Symmetry round with quarter turns.

ROUND 2: Compulsory muscularity posing round, (relevant to class entered).

ROUND 3: Free posing round or T walk (to music) no more than 60 secs.

Clothing regulations for competition.


Figure – Bikinis must be 2 piece and cover over ½  glutes no thongs
Bikinis can be of any colour and jewelled for both pre judge and evening show.
Heels can be of any height and are worn for all 3 rounds.
Jewellery is acceptable in all rounds!


Athletic - Bikinis must be 2 piece and cover at least ½ the  glutes no thongs allowed.
Bikinis can be of any colour and jewelled for both pre judge and evening show.
Heels must be of a maximum height of 3 inches and are worn in rounds 1 &2
Jewellery is acceptable in all rounds!


Bodybuilding Men & Women - Bikinis and posing trunks must  cover over ½  glutes no thongs
For Pre judging a none jewelled costume!  Evening show a jewelled costume  is acceptable.
No heels worn in bodybuilding and jewellery can be worn during evening show only!
All classes both male and female -Props are acceptable in routines as long as they can be carried on and off stage and don’t hide physique!
